RCL Burco Customer Service Representative
Work Location: Culloden, WV
Pay Rate: $14 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
General Description: Customer Service Representative to provide quality service to our customers. Working directly with customer order processing and material shipment through coordination between the purchasing department, warehouse personnel and the customer with the primary objective being to get the customers' material delivered when and where it is needed.
Work Conditions: Candidates must be able to work in an open, busy office environment while maintaining focus, accuracy, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include manual and EDI order entry, pricing confirmation, releasing tickets for shipment, project shipment coordination, communication with customers and other departments regarding shipments and pricing, filing, expediting material shipments and any other duties as required or assigned.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- The ability to concentrate and work in an open, busy environment. Ability to multi-task, to be able to work effectively and efficiently and with others, to be detail-oriented and to possess or have the ability to learn problem solving and other customer service-related skills. Background:
- Post-offer background investigation conducted by RCL Burco, LLC, including employment history, state and federal criminal history, military history, driving history, education, professional licenses or certifications if job-related, Social Security number verification, prior drug history, and other job-related information.
- Individuals with felony and/or misdemeanor convictions may not be hired.
- Applicants with more than three moving violations on their driving record may not be hired.
- DUI/OWI convictions must be more than five years old.
- Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test.
